America's Career InfoNet's Partnership Policy
- Commercial websites may be linked to the Career InfoNet through the Career Resource Library; the approval process will be under the oversight of Career InfoNet project management.
- Career InfoNet may enter into partnerships with entities subject to approval by the Career InfoNet project management.
- Career InfoNet will not enter into partnerships with commercial companies where some market advantage would accrue to that company as a result of that partnership, except as a result of an open competition.
- Where Career InfoNet decides it needs to add some functionality or service to its products, and is not going to develop that functionality or service itself, a competition will be run as the means of purchasing the needed functionality or service from the private sector.
