Military to Civilian Occupation Translator
to help service members and veterans find the closest matches between their military occupation and similar occupations in civilian employment.
The Military to Civilian Occupation Translator
will identify one or more civilian occupations related to a military occupation code (MOC) or specialty (MOS).
This tool can be especially valuable to help veterans and transitioning military members write their resumes and to search for civilian careers that build on their military experience.
Note: When a corresponding civilian occupation cannot be determined, the
Skills Profiler
will match the service member’s skills and experiences to civilian occupations.
