  1. How can I use or display data or resources on my own Website?
    Visit CareerOneStop's Web Services section to see a demonstration, learn about which resources are currently available, and find out about next steps to explore.

  2. What should I do if I find a broken link?
    Please send a detailed description of the broken link and its location, including the web address of the page it is on, to info@careeronestop.org.

  3. What should I do if I experience technical difficulties?
    • Upgrade your browser. CareerOneStop is best viewed in recent releases of Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.0 or higher) or Netscape Communicator (version 4.7 or higher). It might not be compatible with old browsers or browsers available through Internet Service Provides.
    • Set your browser settings at 800 by 600 pixels or larger.
    • Refer to Video FAQs for video-related technical problems.
    • Report broken links to info@careeronestop.org or call toll-free 1-877-348-0502 or toll-free TTY 1-877-348-0501.

  4. What is the best way to print a page from CareerOneStop?
    Click on the Printer-Friendly Version link in the top right corner of most pages. Sometimes it is also helpful to set your browser properties to print Landscape pages with the top, bottom, left and right margins set to zero inches. Use the help menus on your computer software to search for other printing options.
